I recently had the privilege of meeting my version of Morpheus from the matrix, who happens to reside in South Boulder at the Mandala Integrative Medicine Clinic. Throughout my life, I've been a gymnast, gymnastics coach, skateboarder, snowboarder, backpacker abroad, and a lover of all things great and small, all things bright and beautiful. Over the past year, I found myself almost completely unable to engage in any active pursuits due to pain in my left leg, similar to sciatica, causing discomfort every day—even when standing in the kitchen to cook, which I used to love.
